Investigators have had a portion of Sullivant Avenue blocked off for several hours. It is unclear what they are investigating, but appears they are focused on an alley near Eureka and Wayne avenues. |

I am not 100%. I am not from the area, but I heard something going on down there today with bodies in cement so thought this may be it.
