Quoted: Usually, the end of April is when I start hearing the whistle/song of the meadowlark. Not so this year. I haven’t heard any. Anyone heard the meadowlarks this season? I happened to travel most of eastern Colorado along with Walden down to Gunnison in the last week and there were Meadowlarks present throughout typical habitat in all those areas. |

They are out and about on my property east of CoS--- maybe not as many as other years, but still several of them
