I sent a Stetson out to be overhauled with a new band etc and have not gotten any kind of contact since the 28th which they confirmed the hat was received.

I'm simply trying to touch base with them to get the ball rolling. The lack of response has been concerning especially since they have time to post their new stuff on social media.

And yes I've tried to make contact both via email and phone a few times.

Not recently, but I have been in his shop before. Way cool place, I want one of his hats.

I live pretty close to his shop, I can swing by and ask if you need.
