I'm looking to buy half a cow processed and vacuum packed in the Sierra Vista area. anybody know anyone?

I looked into a 1/4 cow in the Valley, and the first time, about 4 months ago, it was $600. When I had some cash, it jumped to $900. I said screw it and bought a half hog at The Pork Shop for $300. GREAT purchase and very cool people to deal with, but a long drive from Scary Vista.

I live in Sierra Vista, could not find anyone closer than https://willcoxpackinghouse.com/, my wife and I have purchased a half a cow and pig from them two years in a row now.
