My Senator says she is fully in favor of S.A.P.A. and my Rep. is retired MSHP trooper and he is 100% in favor.

Its held over... in theory it should be picked up for a vote. Probably after the amendment is withdrawn upon agreement to take up the issue next session. looks like the senate added an emergency clause so it should law as soon as the governor signs it, instead of the normal Aug28 inactment

looks like they Do Pass'd in committee last night, should go to House floor today for the Truly Agreed vote on the Senate changes, and hopefully on it's way governor's desk
