 SECTION 1. A new section of the Motor Vehicle Code is enacted to read:

    "[NEW MATERIAL] MUFFLER--ALTERATIONS PROHIBITED.--A vehicle muffler shall not be altered or modified from the manufacturer's specifications except for repairs that bring a damaged muffler to the same level of noise reduction capacity as provided by its initial manufactured condition or a modification that increases a muffler's noise reduction capacity. A violation of this section is a penalty assessment misdemeanor."


So every hot rod, every t body, ever muscle car, ever thing with a glass pack or a magnaflow will be finded. I know it's a small thing but, this is like a local ordinance not a state wide law.

HB164 permit less  carry. If it makes it out of committee, it will never see a floor vote. I just hope our side can bog this shit down some how.
