It's been a while, and I'm not certain he's in business any longer, but Pedro Ortiz of Ortiz Custom Guns (7 E. Montgomery Crossroad) has done 1911 work for me in the past.  I was satisfied.  Although I cannot vouch for his revolver work specifically, my assumption would be that he'd be capable.

Pedro is still in business, and he's worked on a couple of my firearms.   Like the previous poster, none of those firearms have been revolvers, but the work he's done has been excellent.
