Robert Gosch from the NRA is testifying against HF9 Red Flag orders. He is talking about how these laws can be abused in ways most haven't noticed, and the lack of due process. The ACLU is against this bill.

And it will need to go to the house floor for a vote and then go to the senate for a vote. The senate chair said he would not bring these bills up for vote because they don't have bipartisan support. So it is a good chance these won't pass this year. But it is still a good idea to be diligent in fighting this any year they bring up gun control bills.
