If violence keeps going up and the GOP can tie that to recent Dem led legislative changes, they might actually be able to pick up a couple suburban seats (I think there are 2 in the Richmond area and at least 1 in Tidewater that are, in theory, ripe for a pick up). That depends on competent messaging from the GOP and I have little faith in that... but the Dems seem to be trying to shoot themselves in the foot with the gaslighting on "Defund the Police" and Terry's idiotic Independence Day tweet. |

Youngkin has charisma and did make pro-gun statements with no-qualifiers when he came to Orange.
I see him as an outsider to politics who doesn't really know enough about politics to stand up to idiotic advisors - you know the type who advise him do events with Niki Haley. I will work to get him elected and push him to support our gun rights. He will have one 4 year term to make his mark in republican politics - if he screws us his political career will be over. |

The big problem just developed this past week, when Youngkin stepped on his dick ON CAMERA.
Two women posing as Youngkin supporters questioned him about his stance on abortion, and he said that if elected he would do everything he can to restrict abortion as much as possible. Of course the women were democrat operatives, and the film of Youngkin's statement made it on to Channel 4 news. McAwful hasn't started his TV ad blitz yet, but when he does you can bet that Youngkin's comment will come back to haunt him, big time. I don't care what his position is regarding abortion, but there are a lot of people (democrats, independents and republicans) who are strongly "pro choice". This one thing could easily cost Youngkin the election. |

I don't think he has a chance in hell, but he must be serious about trying to win vs that asshat stewart the last time and I guess the RPV asshole didn't abandon him like they did Cooch.
I've seen youngkin commercials already in the morning during WSET's local news and while I was at the dr's office a couple of weeks ago during the view and some other black girl power tv show. Right during prime time Karen time. At least they seem to be trying to make it difficult for Fast Terry 2.0. |

I think it will come down to who comes out to vote. If there is a shit ton of absentee ballot bullshit like in 2020, then Fast Terry wins by double digits.
However, if Fast Terry 2.0 doesn't motivate the black vote to get out and vote or the uber left then Youngkin may have a very slim chance as long as the Muh candidate ain't pure dumbass' don't get over themselves. That said, the democrats creamed their panties for 10-15 years at turning Va blue. Don't think for one moment they are willing to give her up. Plus Bloomberg is fucking irate that C**nman didn't deliver the Va Safe Act. Fast Terry 2.0 will deliver. |
