doesn't someone have to sue first in CT?  We can barely file a proper lawsuit against "aw's" and "lcm's" (see NAGR s botched up lawsuit)

Typically yes. When it comes to the fed appeals courts, CT is not in the same district as Delaware. However, win's in other courts can be referenced in cases filed in CT but CT judges don't have to follow or even care about how other cases in other states are ruled. CT seems like the red headed step child that everyone ignores when it comes to filing lawsuits against it's repressive gun laws. t.

This is seriously bothersome,  NY and CA are always in the epicenter of lawsuits brought forward by the prominent pro 2A organizations.  Literally no one cares about CT ... besides NAGR ... well, there's that.  I am waiting to hear from CCDL until the end of this year as I am not certain I will keep supporting them if I don't see any action.
