I'm looking to move in the next couple of years and would like to have a modest home(1500 sq ft) built somewhere rural. Does anyone know of builders that will do that in like an adobe style? I've seen what Fairway homes does and the floor plans are ok, but they look kind of boring.

I know of an architect that specializes in adobe if you want to go that route.
