I have experienced the Florida mountains. Not for the weak. Got caught in a wind storm on top one day, almost didn’t get down it was so bad. My face was numb & I was pretty sure I had frostbite on my fingers & nose as it started to snow on the way down. But I lived & it sucked ass. That mountain sucks. |

Good luck to all that applied. Looking forward to hearing that you all drew out for some good hunts.
A couple years ago I put in for that Ibex hunt (female or young male) on a whim in the Florida mountains. Managed to get one, but its a lot of work for goat no bigger than my Labrador. Three days of climbing around to the top and back to the bottom. Got some Quail while doing that. I think it was worth it just to get to know the mountain a little better. |

Looks like the results are scheduled to be released April 27th, most years they are released a little early.

Didn’t put in for any draws this year but I'm going turkey hunting this weekend.

I only ended up with a unit 2b deer tag.
I’m pretty happy with that though. I had the same tag last year, but had to miss due to a bout with Covid |
