Looking at getting one of the cheap metal buildings on our property, just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with some of these companies.  They seem like a dime a dozen and at good prices, but I'm worried I'm not seeing all the requirements or there isn't much accountability with some of these companies due to not having any reviews.

It looks like cost for something like a 30'x30'x12' with a lean-to and two 10'x10' doors would be somewhere around $11,000-$16,000 for the building with "FREE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION!"

Other costs I see are:

- $2000 or so for insulation?
- $4000-$5000 for concrete slab
- Permitting, any engineer drawings that are required?
- Leveling, which I've already done.

If anyone has done these, any recommendations or advice?
