Hey guys to my south. I have my GA carry permit, and I’ve been reading up on Florida carry laws. I used to travel to the space coast all the time, but that was over five years ago. I’ll be in PCB in two weeks, and just want to make sure I understand the laws correctly , as what would pertain to me. I read the sticky here about the laws too

Basically don’t open carry, ever. Big no no.
Don’t carry in a bar, or restaurant bar area.
If I carry at a restaurant, don’t get drunk.
I can carry at state parks, where I’d be fishing if not on the beach, but again no open carry.
You don’t have to notify a LEO if pulled over(same here).

Am I good on all those?

Thanks guys. I hope I can catch some pompano, reds, and trout. I may even take my fly rod to the surf if the surf is calm.

Open carry IS allowed while fishing, but you may be confronted by cops who don't know the law (most don't); best to just keep it hidden.

The rest of your post is spot on. As far as bars go, concealed is concealed. Don't be a drunk asshole and no one will be the wiser.
