As for njJoniGuy, many of us from the old days actual met and shot with each other, and not at each other. njJG, I'm a little taken back that any private communication would leave the forum. Really? Not a policy violation, but certaiinly in very poor taste. Individuals who do that become less trustworthy, a slippery slope. Can any one tell me if there are laws citable where a seller of multiple services, in this case - sells firearms, offers GSing and range facilities can confiscate a supposed illegal or questionable legal? And then FORCE compliance? It smells of extortion. If there is not then said vendor should pull the individual aside with no hooplah and just politely ask them to leave. UNLESS, they offer to fix the issue at a customary cost. If the facts are some other variation, a major one being that they previous knew the Shooter/Owner then forced confiscation is out, like totally, pull the person aside, this is or appears to violate XYZ law, we will not become post facto accomplises, please leave - now.

I am not a lawyer, nor play one here, in active LE or retired LE - but I must admit if any one is not a Cop, LE, or fucking badge carrying Dog Catcher and confiscates a firearm of mine it would not be good for me, but seriously worse for them. This elephant has a long memory.
