Some friends and my family are going to be there in July. We'd like to take a fishing trip. I bay fish here, so Specks, Reds, Flounder and such are ho-hum. I'm looking for some fish we don't have here or maybe easier to get there as I don't have means for real offshore work here. 4-6 hour trip is what we are looking for. Any recommendations? We don't mind doing some work, so we aren't looking for glamping/just reel it in kind of trip.

Captain Matt Harris is a great guy, and he's always put us on fish when I've gone with him. Great for red snapper, grouper, cobia, amberjack, etc. He's based out of the Destin harbor.
