The insurance game appears to be constantly changing nationally and in Florida as well.

We currently have 2 different providers for all of our insurance while looking to add an Umbrella policy.

Anyone have a favorite or a go-to insurer that's currently writing homeowners policies?

We've got USAA on our vehicles and are overpaying by 30%-50% now. Some months they'll write homeowners and others they don't.

Anyone?

I've got auto and umbrella directly through Allstate and they act as broker for my homeowner's and flood insurance.

Auto and umbrella through USAA, best deal around (considering service, actual coverage and price).
3 years ago USAA told me they were not writing any NEW home policies in FL, I went with Allstate.
