Anyone want to do a meet and greet? Looking through the locations thread, there are quite a few more of us than I realized. Town is already busier than it used to be just all the time now, but maybe we could do something before summer really kicks in.
ETA: Noon on Saturday, June 4th at Mooses in Kalispell. |

I would likely be down
I have to work nights memorial weekend, but generally have weekends off/ evenings free. |
|
[#5]
Saturday all day and evening.
Sunday after noon. Most weekday evenings after 5. |
|
[#6]
Cool. I'm free after 7:30 on weekdays and lunchtime would be easiest on the weekends, with Saturday being better than Sunday.

I'm in. Only bad time for me is 3rd week of June (give or take a day or two).
I can break away from setting up my hobby farm/homestead for a bit anytime but then. |

How about this coming Saturday the 4th, does that work for you, @Eagle_19er.
I'll suggest Mooses as the place to go. |

Sadly, I'll be out of town during that time period, so I nominate Anistasios as my proxy for voting for any future Flathead area meet & greets / shoots.

Is there a secret handshake or are we wearing name tags?
ETA looks like it will be a bit of a drive for me but I'm game. @spyderboy03 |

View Quote I'll probably wear my tan Noveske hat, but definitely will be there. ETA: an employee at Ace on Meridian was the first person I've met here who knew what brand that hat represents. The "Stops Jihad On Contact" wording on the back is just small enough not to be noticed by most, especially in the gray color I sometimes wear. |

Quoted: I figured it'd be plate carriers and Cola Warrior patches. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes I almost said I'll be in a plate carrier and cola gear, but didn't want to disappoint when I don't do that... Quoted: Excellent, I was able to clear my calendar. I'll be there. Awesome! It'll be good to finally meet you. On another note, if anyone wants my cell to communicate that day, let me know and I'll PM you. |

Quoted: If y'all need anything from around here you really live in a small town! View Quote I've had to go to Missoula 3 times for things I couldn't get here and I've only lived here 10 months LOL. We're 100 miles off the interstate. Not a "small town" by any means, but we don't have everything Zoo Town has. Enjoy the drive up. The Missions are beautiful, as is Flathead Lake if the weather is clear. |

Quoted: My wife's aunt and uncle live in Polson. I haven't been there yet and didn't know it was by Kalispell. View Quote Speaking of wives...I blame mine for two of my three "necessary" trips to Zoo Town. She wanted specific furniture that Ashley sells that isn't carried by our local Conklin's. Had to run down there to get couches a few days after we drove 20 hours to get here, then again last fall to pick up a dining set she couldn't live without. LOL As a sidebar, I saw my first Montana snowflakes falling on that fall trip coming up the pass from Zootown into the Mission Valley. |

Quoted: More like cows went missing and it took a bit of time to get them rounded up. View Quote Sounds fun! lol I grew up in FL and my dad's dream (my mom was willing) was to live in CO or WY. They tried in the 80's and couldn't make it happen. We visited CO and WY while I was in high school looking at property. Summer before my senior year (2002) we were visiting Riverton, WY and ran into a couple at a church that had spent time with a mission associated with our church in FL. They went to our church while down there. Apparently they lived in Lander and worked on her parents ranch. We had lunch with them after church on their ranch and a neighbor's bull was on their land. I got to help round him up via four wheeler. That actually was a lot of fun! |

I need to check in here more often.
Was over there last weekend. Just saw that it was on the 4th. I was like "dang, I was driving back on the 4th. Could have stayed an extra day." Then saw it was June. |
