I do not know if it is the same incident but there was this in Graham county:
According to the Pima Police Department, a woman and her children were stranded in their vehicle around 9:22 p.m. The woman and her children were on the roof of their vehicle when it was pushed downstream by the water. Rescuers were able to save everyone except for the 4-year-old child. It is from this article: 4-year-old girl missing in Graham County |
