As far as I can tell the only place to get fingerprint cards done is at the jail in Greeley.  Am I missing something, or is there a better option closer to Longmont?

Weld Co Clerk's Office is in with the DMV.

4209 County Rd 24 1/2, Longmont, CO 80504

Just go left when you enter. They were always really nice in there.

Her printer has been broken for months and was still broken when I called on Monday.  IdentGo has an office in Longmont and I'm going to drop in there to see if they can do the cards.

The IdentGo office in Longmont is non-existent.  Adams/Thornton has farmed out the fingerprinting much like Erie.  Colorado seems to go out of their way to prevent someone from exercising their right.

Why not just roll your own?

I need them to be accepted the first time and give no excuse to extend the background check.

I ended up going to the Weld County jail for my prints.  $10 for as many copies as you need, but they do have a shelf life.  The two fingerprint places that the towns have selected, IdentGo and Colorado Fingerprinting, both list lots of locations that look great, but in reality do not exist.  You're left with going downtown or the Weld County jail.
