I have a custom aluminum sight base for mounting a RMR/Holosun on a Marlin lever action. I want to make an exact steel copy of it because the threaded mounting holes are easily stripped.
It is a flat rectangle with 4 holes (2 of which are threaded). I believe this is a pretty simple metal shop project, but I don't have the tools for it. Are there any skilled West Virginia metal workers out there who can do the work? I think this is probably about a $50 job.
