When people talk about "fighting back," they need to be both creative and forceful.

If this sort of thing holds up long term in Texas (one of the fastest growing economies in the world, not just the US) will force these institutions to put up or shut up.

It's a great move to punish large finance because they want to underwrite these loans. That's how they make their money. If it starts to effect their profits in a meaningful way, you will probably see a quiet reversal of policy.... They won't want to attract attention

Funny how these laws are "punishing" the banks, but their policies aren't "punishing" firearms manufacturers...biased much?
