I lived in that area for nearly two years
when I was first brought down to Virginia.

I'm not surprised by the crime and violence
but I am surprised that the perp was from (757) VA.

I immediately thought the criminal was from PG Co., MD,
or farther south on Richmond Highway

It's not a horrible place at U.S. 1 & N. Kings, but definitely not great.
