Seeking a FFL in the TV that will accept a handgun from a private party, they will supply a copy of the drivers license.

Check with Scott at Idaho Guns on Franklin here. He's shipped for me as a private seller to another FFL, super easy going guy. Of course for new, he can often get things in at close to what you pay online, probably more lenient when it's a used or private sale.

Mid Star handled a handgun private party transfer for me a few years ago. Not sure if they still do.

Idaho Arms & Ammo has both received and shipped guns for me from private party sales. Obviously shipped to an FFL for the private party sale.
