Looks like a bunch of shootings happening around Surprise and Peoria.

Update: Per Peoria PD 1 killed,3 others shot,9 injuries related to the shooting ie shrapnel,car crash.Suspect was captured at 143rd and Grand.

Leaving Surprise this afternoon was challenging. PD had Bell Rd shut down as well as El Mirage up to the 303. Massive backlog of traffic diverted south. Total mess. Hearing conflicting reports on the one deceased. One report said a female was found dead in a car, another report said the deceased was found in a drainage ditch.
