Wondering if I got an idiot service writer or is the whole place a little sketchy? Front pads have barely any wear so didn't check rears due to fluid level being a hair below full.

I have never had this dealership service my vehicles, but the Sewell chain promotes "beyond expectation customer experience" over everything else.   They have to pay for it somehow.
