Tried to get Excelsior Pass Plus. It wants to verify my ID on a phone number I have not had in three years. Went to CVS where I got vaccine and where record was entered. Said they cannot fix it. Told me to contact state. Contacted state and they said they cannot fix it (it is a state controlled database yet they claim no responsibility) and to contact CVS. So I am
locked out. I did get the Excelsior Pass QR code but I need extra ID with it. If they phase that out and make Plus the standard I am screwed.

Got my shots months ago, installed the app. The app said it expired on 9/30, I gave it all the requested info off the vax card and it told me it was incorrect. Typical NYS horseshit.
