A thread complaining about early mailman arrival in GD got me thinking I should give you guys a heads up. USPS is trying to delivery 15% of parcel volumes between 6 and 9. If you are in Casper, Cheyenne, Rock Springs, Laramie, Sheridan or Gillette you may have a carrier swing by early with a parcel. Regular mail will come at it's normal time.

I see a guy in the neighborhood when I go to work at 8.  Then the regular stuff gets there around 4.
