Are they legal in the state of Florida? My buddy's grandparents are thinking about moving to Florida but uhh... they aren't sure if their M2 mortar would be welcome.

DD's are fine here. All they need to do is file a 5320.20 Form once they know their new address but before they move.

I did a Form 1 26.5mm grenade launcher with no problems.
