40 some acres with woods, meadow, river access just off a highway.
Priced to sell to W.Washington refugee though... I doubt it will work, but it's a poke in the ribs to start planning the escape in earnest. |

If a fella could cash out these over inflated prices and leave here with a few bags of equity-you can get a very nice spread paid for in cash- in a much better political environment- it's a win.

SD is nice alternative. My wife's extended family is actually talking about a compound for the family. Might take a trip in the spring to reconorder a couple of states. Already checked into SD, easy to establish residence, 2nd friendly.

I found my couple acres in SD.
Conservative, Land of the Free. Yes, they have winter, but that keeps out the Kali Rif Raf. No state income tax, it rates high every year, for retirement. |

I've been looking around too, it's amazing how little your money goes in Washington anymore, even outside the Puget Sound bubble. Searching for any property 1acre+ with a shop on the property and a house that isn't a pile of shit for any less than 500k basically doesn't exist anymore even way the fuck out. That surprised me. It doesn't seem that long ago those were 150k properties out in the sticks.
