Check out Lifted 4x4. They are off 121 business between The Colony and Lewisville. They have done a bunch of 4runners. I had them lift my Tundra and replace wheels and tires. Very satisfied with their work and prpricesplanning to have 4runner lifted there soon.

Mike's Offroad on Airport Freeway just east of Ft Worth. They've done a bunch of work on my dad's domestic trucks over the years and they work on Toyota too.

I'm a bit late to this, but if you haven't done it yet you should go to Tandem. It's a toyota shop run by a crew that drives toyota's and Lexus. They've helped me with a couple of things on my FJ and my buddy had his Lexus lift installed. They are GTG!
