Howdy, folks:

Relatively new to the firearm upgrade/modification lifestyle.  I'm wanting to put a Vortex Venom on my Glock 19 G4 (not MOS), and from what I have seen, I need to get the slide drilled for two anchors, correct?  If anyone can elaborate and/or clarify, and maybe point me towards a shop that would do this, I'd appreciate it.  I used McClelland Gun Shop here in NE Dallas to reassemble my Ruger 10/22 after I took it too far apart, but haven't checked with them yet to see if this is a service they can offer.

Any advice/guidance is certainly appreciated.

I have seen the work of Vulcan out of Carrollton, and to my untrained eye, it looks like good work.

You could send it to jagerworks, super fast and easy. They need the two anchor screws and then the slide is milled out to lower the sights. There are clear pics on their site.
