The sense of entitlement when one "drops" names is always breathtaking. I love how she addresses the flight attendant by her name instead of in a more professional manner AND tells her "you may not have a job tomorrow". Our "public servants" in action...

The video of her entitled arrogance is both amusing and disturbing, but honestly what all of these entitled people need is a well-timed throat punch.
