When does it become law without his signature ?
I am really excited Ohio might join the ranks, its nice to get low populated states in the list but big populated states like Ohio and Texas are a bigger win in my opinion. |

View Quote Today was the tenth day (not counting Sundays) AFTER the bill passed. If he's going to betray us he has to do it before midnight. I don't think regular office hours count here. It would go into effect June 6. |

Link The Ohio Constitution requires that each act passed by the General Assembly be presented to the Governor for approval before it becomes law. If the Governor approves, he or she signs the act, whereupon it becomes law and is filed with the Secretary of State. If the Governor fails to sign the act or to return it with a veto within ten days after receiving it (Sundays excluded), it becomes law as if it had been signed |

Is there a reason why he would wait till the last minute to veto? I think he just doesn't have the balls to put his name on it.

One of the best parts is,
It also removed the legal requirement for gun owners to tell police they are armed when stopped. Law enforcement will have to ask, et al. |

Can you carry in a car or do you have to unload and lock it up?

I see on the BFA site, "Obtaining a concealed handgun license will become optional." Will the license still be good for expedited firearm purchases?

Funny part about all this is I just submitted my paperwork for my CCW license last Thursday.
I travel to PA a lot for business so I did it for that more than anything else. |
