When does it become law without his signature ?
I am really excited Ohio might join the ranks, its nice to get low populated states in the list but big populated states like Ohio and Texas are a bigger win in my opinion. |

Today was the tenth day (not counting Sundays) AFTER the bill passed. If he's going to betray us he has to do it before midnight. I don't think regular office hours count here. It would go into effect June 6. |
