That BS where they block the street, fill the air with smoke then fly away when the sirens start.

 Yep. I can assume from the time I lived in Houston he's referring to the intersection of Clay Rd and Eldridge Pkwy. Beyond that, I have no idea what the fuck this is about.

No drinky, posting and trying not to get hit by escaping street racers.
Then forgot about it. It was one of those “street events” where traffic gets stopped/blocked and various car guys do spin outs until the sirens start then everyone cuts their lights and starts flying the hell out of there blind! |
