[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Can anyone recommend a trustworthy car mechanic in the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area?

The family and I will be in that area in a few days for vacation. I wasn't able to get the family truckster in before we left and my front tires could use replacing. Figured I'd get it in before there's an issue, but if you know someone that's trustworthy I'd rather give them my money.

Smoky Mountain Farmers Coop. Middle of Sevierville. Good people. They are a customer of mine that I have done business with for almost 20 yrs. The tire shop is always busy and they have serviced my company vehicle a few times over the years as well.

Just got back from Smokey Mountain Farmers Market Coop. They were great!

Farmer's Co-ops are hit and miss anymore for tires and service. The one in Woodbury shut their tire shop down rather than change the management which I believe was the problem. McMinnville and Smithville still have their shops and are good. For tractors and ag equipment the only other game around are the big green and big orange tractor dealers and nothing is cheap at those places.
