I want to attend the rally on the 6th but want to wear my plate carrier more then likely under my hunting jacket. What are the laws concerning this? Is it prohibited? I can't find anything online.

I’m no lawyer, but wearing body armor isn’t illegal...yet.

I think the worst that might happen is if you end up “causing trouble”, a prosecutor could say it showed intent on your part that you came to fight. That might even be a stretch tho.

Looked like all of the Proud Boys I saw at the last rally were wearing it. Many others wore it too.
I plan on it.
