We went last year and while their website specifically said no firearms, there was no wanding or detectors. There are so many knives coming in and out it would be impossible to check for firearms and keep the lines moving. I will say this...buy your ticket online! If you wait to buy when you get there, the lines are insane and it can be over an hour or more waiting in them. You will cuss yourself.
Would have liked to go again this year but my sister has to work that weekend. |

I was there one year and they hassled a knife maker over his carry piece.

Im on the wrong side of the country, but want 2 Protec Staccato DLC knives that can only be bought at show (at ProTec booth).

Did snag a protech half breed but all the other places were out of blade show specials. Cool to see stuff but realistically would have been cheaper to just buy what I wanted online |
