Got a cow tag a bit east of town.

Did not get a paddlefish tag for the 4th year in a row.

I guess FWP will mail us our permits, since I don't where to print mine off off the website.

Everything else is pending it shows. How is it some Muley and Cow tags are out?

To the guys who got a draw, nice work.

I am not a hunter but this year I have been thinking about going out for a deer and donating it to the Veterans Meat Locker. I found out about this program at one of the sports shows and its a pretty good deal. People donate wild game to the program and veterans can get meat from them like a food bank. I am also gearing up to go waterfowl hunting again.

Some areas are early. The area I drew in is the old style I can hunt elk anywhere, but can only shoot a cow in this particular area. It's not a B tag (second elk) and I'm not restricted from shooting a bull in a different district. I can't shoot a cow in this district and a bull elsewhere.
