Just curious about the trails at Beasley Knob. I don’t want rock crawling, mud bogs or anything like that. I just want to ride some decent roads and trails. So I’m looking for input on beasley knob for a SxS.

I can't comment on the SxS part, but Beasley has/had some great trails.  I used to ride up there quite a bit.  Some of them can be pretty brutal when wet.

I have been up there when it was wet. Deep ruts some over 2 feet deep in places and mud stood out the most. Take a friend to pull you out.

Went today, 7/3.  FJ Cruiser, crawl, lockers, warn winch.  Had to try 5 times to get over road 93a due to slick spot.   Tight roads for highway sized vehicle.  Hiked up 93b and determined that body damage was not my idea of fun.  Western most loop road too slick to make the circuit had to bail.  Could have winched over the top but I didn’t want to get my winch rope all muddy.  Backing down was interesting.

All that said, it was fun and well worth the $5 daily use fee.  No mud bogs. (I h8 mud).  Just stick dirt and slick rocks.
