Finding rulings for cases is damn near impossible (at least via straight Google searches) and I am tempted to motion "no" on everything since I can't seem to find anything other than where they graduated and where they practiced prior.

Himonas, Toomey, Brown, Griffin, Pullan, Johnson, Bartholomew, Probert are up for retention.

That's as retarded as voting straight ticket. If you've convinced yourself that you're a conscientious voter, take the time to research each judge, rather than making a blanket decision.

I'm sure you've checked here:

https://judges.utah.gov/

Or this:

Would you be so critical if someone blindly voted yes to every judge? Honestly curious. My guess is a blind yes vote happens far more often than a no.

I'm just doing my civic duty, as a retard, to cancel out the blind yes vote.

I have looked at both of those (thanks), but they don't seem to have any information about rulings, policy or otherwise.

I know a lot of these lower courts don't do any ground-breaking cases, but I'd like to have a better barometer versus "Who were they appointed by, and where did they get their law degree" and using a beat-around-the-bush, rule-of-the-commons approach to making a decision.

This might help some. Type in their name, and near the bottom you can click on the year the last performance summary was made. I thought it was a useful data point anyways.

The only judge I voted against was Tupakk A.G. Renteria.

The fact that he attended Berkeley weighed heavily in my decision.

He was the only one I could find any good amounts of info on. I also voted to have him receive walking papers, along the same line of reasoning you mentioned.
