Attorney General James Moves to Dismiss NRA's Counterclaims in Ongoing Lawsuit

The italicized is where she overstepped IMHO. Senior leadership is at fault and are the ones to be held accountable. Including the non-functional board (I didn't even vote this year because I did not see the point in wasting $.55 on a postage stamp at this point).

The irony for the gun control crowd is that they are learning that gun rights is not the NRA. NRA has been very quiet for at least the last 18 months yet they are still running into opposition against new laws. Just look at how the Chipman nomination is stumbling along. The FPC is doing a great job of filing lawsuits as is the SAF and GOA. In some ways, it proves the NRA was more about the money than the actual cause because the cause is moving forward without their leadership.

Seems a novel strategy - on behalf of the members of a poorly run organization we want the court to destroy the organization.  That way members won't waste their voluntary dues they send in each year.

It would be laughed out of court for anything else, but since it's an important issue for leftists, the judicial / legal community is perfectly OK with it.
