Attorney General James Demands National Gun Distributors Immediately Stop Selling and Bringing Illegal Ghost Gun Parts Into New York

"Attorney General James is asking the court to order these businesses to immediately stop selling, shipping, distributing, or otherwise supplying unfinished frames or receivers to any person or entity with a New York address."


So. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas ordered New York to stop violating New Yorker's Constitutional Right to self defense, which would include the right to own unfinished frames or receivers.

They KNOW they can't enforce the archaic and draconian Laws on persons who don't give a fuck, including and especially the Thug/Criminal enterprising that depend on Guns to enforce and protect their enterprise...The State claims it has one of the lowest rates of violent crime because their Laws work, so which is it: They work and there's little problem or they don't work and there's a big problem?

Somebody, somewhere WILL sell whatever is wanted irrespective its end use.  

WTF are ghost gun parts?

The same as any other parts except for being more expensive.
This will be the next step in regulation and prohibition: no slides, Barrels, or Trigger components unless they come through a State Licensed Dealer.
