Doesn’t really seem like a lot considering we have what? Prolly 40k in misdemeanor and felony arrest in Louisville, give or take a couple thousand.

Yeah, that doesn't seem like a lot for a city this size.  I know one of the LMPD Majors over one of the divisions.  Wonder if he'll tell me roughly how many arrests are made each year.
