Buddy of mine is working in Minnesota for few weeks and has sunday off for the 4th.  He is not enjoying sitting around all day alone in a hotel but said he cant find anything to do on the holiday.  

Anyone have some suggestions of local attractions that would be open on sunday or even Saturday night ideas.  He is staying in lakeville.

The Zoo is right next door in Lakeville
Cabelas down the road in Owatona
Not sure Alhmans is open in Sunday in Morristown
The casino is almost right next door in Shakopee
There are a few gunshops in Savage that might be open on Sunday?
