Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone want to trade houses?

I have a house up in Prescott Valley,  Worth about $350-400k.  No HOA, and the only 2 story home in the whole area.  I need a house in West Phoenix worth about the same or up to $450k.  My house is in the middle of a remodel.  Outside is newly painted, new flooring downstairs, a couple new appliances so far, etc.  But, I may need to move down to Phoenix ASAP and was looking for anyone who might be in a situation who needs to move to the PV area.

Also, Since I dont want to move it, Ill leave the gun safe that is in the Garage.  Its huge....
