experience required ?

Experience is preferred, along with having your own hand tools.  It is required to show up for work, on time, sober and actually work.  Those things seem to an issue now days.

It's a construction job, so its weather dependent as well.  The job could roll into a full time position if one is willing to travel around the state and okay with your pay fluctuating due to local wage determinations.
