It would be evening arrival Fridays, until off property all 730am and all day sat until early evening and off property by 7:30am Sundays.

I run a propane furnace. The power would be to keep batteries freshly charged and low amp hour furnace motor. Propane appliances and self contained facilities.

Have you tried Harvest Hosts?

We are not members there.

We talked about it but we were not sure it was worth it. Have you had any experiences with the site?

I've heard people rave about it, and basically say... spend the $79 for membership, it's cheap enough to try - even if you don't like it.  It doesn't appear that there are any in Idaho springs, though, per their map.  You don't get to see the exact locations unless you pay for membership, though.
