Probably a result of Covid and/or not being able to find employees just like everyone else.

I assumed that, but last time we were there they seemed to be doing ok in that regard. Had the same usual staff we've always seen there.

The owners were from the NOLA area and the food was authentic and fantastic. Wife is from NOLA and I grew up in SE Texas. The food there really reminded us of home. We would drive an hour and a half each way just to eat dinner there when we had a craving for Cajun food. We were actually planning another trip there in the near future.
