What a change in WX... Currently 55 degrees...
Had ~5" of snow & ice on deck yesterday morning and it's all gone.
Just over 3 inches of rain since last night and still coming down hard.
With the ground frozen this is going to be a fast runoff.
WX swevice has flood warnings through tomorrow morning.

All my snow is gone too. The road to my house is pretty icy though. Looks like I'll be making a run to the salt shed today.

Waterville checking in here .

Last week I had 5 feet of snow around my house . 2 days later I had no snow , and the basement started to flood . Not bad , just puddles , but enough to worry me and the sump was working overtime .
